If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer's refusal to pay duties, multiple unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package, or any other reason, YFM GEAR will not be held responsible for covering the costs of return shipping charged by the courier. Additionally, we will not be held accountable for the expenses associated with reshipping the merchandise to the customer. In such cases, the customer will be solely responsible for all shipping costs related to returned packages resulting from failed delivery attempts.
